Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Lead with expertise in automation frameworks and tools to lead our automation efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python Squish, Selenium, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ranorex. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation strategies while mentoring the team, driving best practices, and ensuring quality across all automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python Squish, Selenium, and Ranorex.
• Modify and optimize Docker files to support automation needs and ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Handle gateway protocols and troubleshoot issues related to system connectivity and data flow.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure effective integration of automation scripts in CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage C# for specific project requirements and integrate with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave for effective test case execution.
• Establish and promote automation best practices, ensuring the team adheres to industry standards for test development and execution.
• Continuously assess and enhance test automation tools, frameworks, and processes to drive continuous improvement and maintain cutting-edge practices.
• Manage version control and repository management using Git.
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all automation deliverables, mentoring team members where required.
• Conduct training sessions and share knowledge to uplift the technical expertise of the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing and frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Python Squish, Selenium, API testing, and automation tools like Ranorex.
• Proficiency in Docker file modification and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with C# and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Behave, etc.).
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in driving best practices and leading teams toward continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
