What You Will Do

As our Implementation Project Manager you will manage the execution of the implementation of all project scopes including large regional and strategic customer’s solutions for our Emergency Care organization.

  • Will be responsible for independently managing all project scopes including complex and high revenue generating projects based on the guidelines established in the Implementation Process document.
  • Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
  • Plan an individual project for each customer assigned.
  • Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use.
  • Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of implementation project management experience required
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications preferred
  • Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth, wireless and Computer Aided Dispatch preferred
  • Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.

Candidates must reside in one of the following states - PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, MD, VA

Travel Percentage: 20%
