About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Compensation Manager to lead and contribute to the design, implementation, and administration of our global compensation programs. You will be both strategic and hands-on: you will be a player/coach, directly managing critical compensation processes while also mentoring and guiding more junior team members. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, you will act as a subject matter expert on compensation structures, policies, and processes, with particular responsibility for supporting the EMEA region and global newsroom business. You'll partner closely with senior executives, HR Business Partners, and COEs, ensuring our pay programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.
