What you will do:

Under the direction of a Senior Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and managers in the South Atlantic and region as well as the Dakotas and Minnesota. As a member of the HR business partner organization (HRBP), the individual will enhance employee engagement and productivity while ensuring compliance with company policies. Analytical skills will be utilized to draw insights from data to become a strategic partner to the business.

How you will do it:

  • Provide Human Resources support to a large and/or remote workforce.

  • Work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change.

  • Leverage the full capabilities of the HR organization, including centers of expertise (COE's), shared service centers, business HR, and compliance.

  • Coach and consult managers on employee relations issues such as corrective actions and performance concerns.

  • Support labor relations in both union and non-union environments.

  • Participate in the implementation of organizational changes and support change management processes.

  • Actively engage in projects/continuous improvement initiatives from design through implementation.

  • Identify workforce and hiring plans necessary to drive recruiting efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition.

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and support leaders in achieving DEI objectives.


What we look for:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources related experience or equivalent work experience.

  • Working knowledge of general HR practices and relevant labor laws.

  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

  • Ability to leverage technology for data analysis and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive communications and recognize potential employee relations issues proactively.

  • Willingness to travel - up to 5%. 



Preferred

  • SPHR, PHR, SCP or CP certification.

This is a hybrid role and will require being in the office 2 days per week and can be remote the other 3 days. Office location can be either Raleigh, North Carolina or Glendale, Wisconsin.
