About the role

The Director of Campaign Management and Effectiveness will play a critical role in overseeing the development, integration, execution, optimization and reporting of marketing campaigns for both our consumer and partner audiences. This position is highly cross-functional and will require you to partner closely with internal channel teams, data science, external agencies, and our partnerships team to ensure that we develop breakthrough campaigns with a high-level of craft and clearly communicate how they are impacting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead the team developing the strategy, brief and overall integrated marketing approach for both our consumer and partner audiences.

  • Performance Analysis: Partner with Data Science and Channel teams to regularly analyze results, identify insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth

  • Storytelling: Develop and provide regular campaign performance and business health share outs to C-level audience. Share current performance, key learnings, opportunities, and future goals in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Innovation: Create space for innovation and testing in our work. Push the bounds on  strategic, creative, and channel thinking.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, including product marketing, brand, and analytics teams to define campaign objectives, estimate KPIs, and measure results.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of campaign managers, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic rigor, and continuous improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine processes to enhance campaign development process and effectiveness of the work. Ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $167,900.00 - $268,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.

  • You have a strong track record of developing breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. 

  • You’re excited about leading a strong team, developing that talent, and building a culture of high standards

  • You have exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You’re great at deriving meaningful insights from data to inform change in business, product, and marketing.

  • You’re a clear storyteller and are as comfortable delivering the C-Level view of work as you are diving into the details.

  • You can implement processes in complex orgs that ensure high quality work is delivered on time.

  • You’re as comfortable talking to business leaders as creative teams and can translate effortlessly between the two

  • You’re skilled at developing strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the company

  • You bring a test and learn mentality, with a passion for experimenting with new ideas, programs, content, tools, and technology to push the team forward.
