Implementation Project Manager, Digital Measurement

IQVIA Digital was built to provide new and novel solutions spanning data transformation/management (healthcare provider)/Consumer marketing consultation, and advanced analytics. The IQVIA Digital Measurement Operations team provides the project execution knowledge supported by operational tools that enable efficiency and scale enabling the expertise of our clinicians, statisticians, and others to support the delivery of measurement projects to our clients.
We are looking for a strong project manager who will be responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for clients in the life sciences field. This individual should be a team player who can understand complex problems and break them down to explain in a simple, consumable format.

Essential Functions:
• Understand and document current state process and future state recommendations
• Drive all aspects of the project including initiation, planning/discovery, implementation, and closeout.
• Own, track and manage project deliverables and milestones
• Monitor project’s day to day progress and communicate status to internal team members or workstreams
• Partner with program strategy lead to manage program/project expectations and scope
• Drive discovery and requirements gathering sessions within the organization to document key business needs and objectives
• Collaborate with appropriate teams to translate client requirements into solution design, ensuring client needs/expectations are met

Qualifications:
• Experience / expertise with process improvement, project management, or related experience with successful track record of accomplishments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Strong relationship building and facilitation skills to work directly with business users.
• Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into smaller components, patterns, views and features.

• Friendly, humble, and adaptable with positive and can-do attitude to manage self without micro-management

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Skills: Problem solving, critical thinking, oral and written communications, strong facilitation and coordination skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
