What You’ll Do:

As a staff engineer at Foxen, you will be a technical co-founder of our next chapter. You will pioneer the development of our next AI-powered revenue stream while establishing the technical foundation and engineering standards that will define Foxen's future. This is not a traditional engineering role; you will be an architect, innovator, and technical leader who turns ambitious vision into market-defining products.

You will partner closely with Product leadership to transform ideas into intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage AI to unlock new value for our customers. You'll work with autonomy and ownership, making critical technical decisions that will shape the trajectory of the company. Your work will directly impact Foxen's growth, competitive positioning, and ability to revolutionize the multifamily real estate industry.

AI Powered Innovation & Product Development

•Design and build Foxen's next-generation AI-powered product line from the ground up
•Partner with Product to define technical feasibility, architecture, and implementation strategy for AI-driven features
•Establish best practices for responsible AI development, including model selection, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
•Build intelligent systems that leverage our existing platform while creating entirely new capabilities

Engineering Excellence & Team Elevation

•Set the standard for engineering excellence in leveraging AI across the organization through exemplary code, documentation, and technical decision-making
•Mentor and elevate engineers at all levels, accelerating their growth and expanding their technical capabilities
•Champion engineering best practices, including automated testing, observability, security, and operational excellence
•Advise and support various internal AI driven efforts across Foxen
•Build cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product, and Business teams on complex initiatives

What We Offer:
Foxen's Staff Engineer, you'll receive a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with the strategic importance of this role, including base salary, performance bonuses, and equity participation in Foxen's growth. This is a full-time exempt position. Limited travel may be required for strategic meetings, team offsites, or industry events.
