Mission and responsibilities:

As part of the Security Assurance team, the Identity Access Management Engineer will assist various product teams in connecting to and integrating with our Corporate Identity Systems. This role requires technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (NIST, CIS Security). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, and understand security challenges across the technology stack, including infrastructure, networking, and applications.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

- Analyze architectures and provide technical input to the security strategy.

- Operate the AWS platform and its infrastructure, offering technical expertise in security domains such as SIEM, WAF, Firewalls, Instance & Container Hardening, Identity, and HSM.

- Implement and assess security controls within AWS cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.

- Support audit preparation activities, ensuring audit readiness, facilitating information delivery, and addressing audit observations.

- Evaluate and resolve technical security issues, internal control issues, critical incidents, and manage crisis resolution.

- Provide expertise in vulnerability and patch management.

- Anticipate and manage risks and issues of technical complexity.

To be successful in the role you must have:

-  At least 5 years of proven successful experience in security engineering responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of SSO solutions with various identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.

- Expertise in Cloud & DevOps methodologies.

- Proficiency in automation technologies and programming languages (CloudFormation, Ansible, shell scripting, Python, etc.).

- Experience in operating and maintaining security appliances.

- Organized and disciplined working approach to meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently with external and internal stakeholders/auditors.

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
