Mission

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in the OfferZen Embedded team, providing a high-touch hiring service to our clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to understand and meet our clients' hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to showcase your sourcing skills by finding and engaging top talent. What success looks like:

  • Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various tech roles across different companies and industries.
  • Meet or exceed targets for sourcing, screening, and interviewing, contributing to successful candidate placements.
  • Provide outstanding candidate experiences and maintain high levels of engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with the OfferZen Embedded team, supporting overall hiring success and team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop sourcing strategies. 
  • Use OfferZen as a sourcing channel to identify potential candidates for our customers' job openings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for OfferZen’s customers.
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates to gauge their interest, availability, and suitability for roles.
  • Engage candidates through personalised messaging, promoting the company’s brand and value proposition.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Assist with coordination of interviews and other recruitment activities
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status to the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sourcing and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes.

Background (Qualifications, Skills, Experience) 

    • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
    • Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent through sourcing channels. Experience in Agency / and RPO will be beneficial. 
    • Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process. 
    • Experience working within a high growth tech startup/scale up is preferable
