Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Technology Growth & Strategy Team
The Technology Growth & Strategy (Tech G&S) team develops, implements, and monitors key strategic initiatives for Accenture’s Technology business. Tech G&S professionals have the perspective that enable Accenture Technology leadership to solve complex business problems and make sound management decisions.
A role in Tech G&S is varied and stimulating since each project presents a new challenge and will provide exposure to new business issues, technologies, people, and multiple organizations. We seek people who can challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives, and conceive more innovative solutions for our internal Accenture clients.
Responsibilities and Impact -
The team assists internal stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic projects. Examples may include developing a growth strategy for Technology Services businesses, assessing business portfolio, development of competitive strategy, etc.
Specific responsibilities may include:
• Leading significant pieces of Technology Services business strategy development
• Program managing internal projects with strategic objectives
• Presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Preparation of impactful presentation material
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Issue based problem solving, market & competitive assessment.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Team player able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility in being able to both lead teams and work independently.
Basic Qualifications -
• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business and strategy consulting.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business, economics, international relations, or related subject. MBA or relevant advanced professional degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage strategy projects, including research and quantitative analysis. Prior experience in strategic development experience with evidence of significant stakeholder value creation and impact.
Preferred skills and experience -
• Ability to translate complex issues into understandable executive presentations.
• Comfortable tackling abstract and unstructured problem statements.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual and distributed work environment.
