We are looking for a motivated Data & AI Strategy Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate with a curiosity for data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, and a desire to learn how these technologies shape business strategy. You will work alongside experienced consultants, supporting client projects and internal initiatives that help organizations transform through innovative Data & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in preparing Data & AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, technologies, and client challenges.
• Support the definition and prioritization of Data & AI use cases across different industries.
• Help develop presentations, reports, and workshops that communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
• Participate in value case creation and support in measuring the impact of Data & AI initiatives.
• Contribute to the design of data governance and operating models under guidance from senior team members.
• Support change management activities that help organizations adopt Data & AI solutions successfully.
• Learn about Responsible AI principles and assist in assessments related to ethical AI use.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity to explore new concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Familiarity with data tools or visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar) is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Eagerness to learn from experienced professionals and grow within the Data & AI domain.
• Czech language fluency is a must
