The Practice- A Brief Sketch:

The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in agile strategies, where you will get an opportunity to advice and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

Business problem assessment: Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation. Managing Complex deal structures: Mobilization and governance of major change programs from inception to maintenance and leveraging new technologies to drive business value. New business process designs: Designing new business processes based on customer requirements and conducting user review sessions.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Drive end-to-end transformation with Agile Ways of Working as a cornerstone Design new agile operating models and transformation programs governance. Perform maturity assessments & diagnostics on Agile ways of working Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions, from leadership to teams coaching Educate, suggest tools and provide training for organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and collaborate across roles including Product Owners, Dev-ops teams, development teams. Contribute to business development and build trusted relationships with our clients. Leverage existing working knowledge of DevOps and Automation processes and tools and drive improvements in agile maturity. Apply your strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions Ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior consulting experience in client-facing roles
• Working experience across:
• Operating model: Deep understanding of impact on Agile and Intelligent Operating Model to enable Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration & Delivery practices.
• Agile: Agile Maturity assessment, hands-on experience driving at least Program and Team level Agile transformation
• Frameworks: Expert knowledge of the business implications of an Agile Transformation. Deep experience with one or more frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and large-scale Agile Frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Spotify, Scrum@Scale
• DevOps: DevOps Maturity assessment, defining a DevOps roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement framework
• Facilitation: Experience in facilitating workshops using techniques like Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping and Proof of Concept walkthroughs
• Practical industry expertise in Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcome
