What You Will Do:

  • You will be part of a team porting ArcGIS Desktop applications and components to ArcGIS Pro.

  • The objective of the project is to upgrade multiple applications of varying levels of complexity that utilize Esri ArcGIS ArcObjects SDK on Windows. Applications and extensions are written in C# and interact with spatial data in SDE and with non-spatial data in Oracle (19c) database. Replacements will be built as ArcGIS Pro add-ins and Python toolboxes.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree. Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum Six (6) years of GIS development experience.

  • Extensive experience in C# .

  • Proven experience in ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET.

  • Extensive experience developing ArcGIS Desktop extensions (ArcGIS ArcObjects SDK).

  • Experience with ArcGIS Python APIs, Arcpy and Python.

  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro user interface.

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience implementing complex enterprise geodatabases utilizing versioning, attribute rules, relationship classes, and domains.

  • ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, DataStore, Server, Application Builders).

  • ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

  • Experience with conversion of WinForms to WPF.

  • Fluent in SQL.

  • Experience with ComponentOne.

  • ArcGIS Runtime SDK.

  • PL/SQL Developer.

  • Safe Software FME.

  • PostgreSQL, PostGIS, MySQL.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,500.00-$149,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
