We are looking for:

We are seeking an IT Support Team Leader to lead the day to day operations of a busy and dynamic systems admin and support team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance of our systems and networks as well as manage, develop, inspire and motivate the existing team.

You will have a proven track record in ensuring cybersecurity and providing premium end-user IT support. You will take ownership and oversee IT risk management, information security, local area networks, MDM softwares, and manage our equipment, but most importantly - you will be building and co-creating Keyrock.

For this particular position we require that the candidate is based in Brussels or close vicinity that enables regular physical presence in our office.

Background and experience:

  • Experience as a IT Support Lead/Desktop Support Manager/Helpdesk Manager or as a leader in a technical support role.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proven examples of managing key internal/external clients within a technical role

  • Strong hands-on technical background.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent leadership and people

  • External Provider Management: Effectively manage external service providers, ensuring they meet our standards and deliver value to the organization.


Job Description:

  • Managing and supporting a team of IT support/systems administrators 

  • Leading your team, by providing training, mentoring, and conducting performance and development plans.

  • Maintaining communication with clients and providing regular updates, detailed support and analysis.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving high priority technical issues.

  • Managing urgent escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Working to improve existing processes and procedures.

  • Ensuring best in class end-user IT support

  • Driving best in class internal IT policies and frameworks. 

  • Ensure bullet-proof IT Security 

  • Managing IT equipment and software upgrades for all our hybrid workforce

  • Ensuring optimal software and hardware environment for our operations to be performed both physically in the office in Belgium and by our remote workforce
