As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. This role also involves driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive branch business development initiatives to achieve sales and recruitment targets.

  • Support advisers with training, activities, and engagement programs.

  • Coordinate and execute branch events, campaigns, and business meetings.

  • Manage branch administration, daily operations, and processing to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Handle documentation, reporting, and operational support for advisers and clients.

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reporting to management.

  • Foster strong relationships with advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, branch operations, or financial services support.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in administrative processes and attention to detail.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Willing to travel within assigned branch network.
