Senior Analyst (Level 10)

About the role
 

Accenture Research identifies and anticipates game-changing business, market, and technology trends through provocative thought leadership. This role is in our Data & AI Research Team within the larger Technology Research team in Accenture Research with primary focus on Data & AI topics and more specifically on Responsible AI topics.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assist in developing data-driven business focused insights through both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Analyze and interpret data from various sources. Develop case studies, conduct surveys, and perform secondary data analysis. Comfortable with expert interviews. Understand the data requirements for effective business insights generation, technology (Data & AI) consulting  and strategy work, primarily in the context of Responsible AI. Possess basic knowledge of digital technologies like Cloud, Edge, Security, Enterprise Applications, AI, etc., and their applications with a focus on ethical and responsible use of such technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Co-present findings and insights to senior management in clear, non-technical language. Manage multiple engagements and geographies simultaneously, with most work being virtual. Take initiative, prioritize tasks, solve problems, work independently and within a team, and maintain attention to detail and deadlines.

Your skills

We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive skill set:

“Hard” skills:

• High-level understanding of tech stack and IT services domain covering Data, AI, Cloud, Edge, Security, Enterprise Applications, etc, from a business perspective
• Business knowledge on the application of AI (including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, large language models), and related emerging topics in AI, Responsible AI, Ethical AI, Generative AI, Data, Automation, Analytics.
• Strong analytical, report writing skills and developing compelling presentations.
• Understanding of data science and visualization tools is a plus.
• Adept in using AI powered tools and technologies to expediate business research.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Familiarity with the operations of large international companies.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and articles.
• Competence in presenting research findings to senior executives.
• Willingness to conduct market and competitive intelligence research.

Additional Information

Reports to:  Research Manager or Senior Principal

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or engineering (Computer Science/ Information Tech. or related field) plus a full-time post-graduate degree/qualification in business (MBA) or equivalent is a must.

Work Experience: 

• 1 to a maximum of 2.5 years of business research experience in global or large private corporations, business research consultancies, think tanks, or management consulting roles focused on technology (IT services) thought leadership, preferably in Data and AI related topics.
