About the Role

This position guides the organization planning, decision making and budgeting processes; analyzes and interprets organizational data and manages corporate priorities.

Organization Planning (40%)

• Coordinate and facilitate the timely preparation of the annual business plan and budget process across all cross-functional and business units in the organization.

• Coordinate the business plan development process with relevant units.

• Assist executive team in the development and formulation of organization’s long and short-term strategies.

Performance Management (40%)

Engage cross-functional units as business partner by providing timely support in:

• Operational strategy implementation by setting appropriate performance and service standards.

• Facilitate organization business reviews to evaluate performance and observer progress for reporting to Group Office.

• Support business development activities to achieve performance objectives through project appraisals & feasibility studies.

• Coordinate in develop and implement relevant performance management and reporting systems (e.g. Management dashboard).

• Provide timely ad hoc project support for corporate-level management reporting.

• Provide secretariat support for key executive meetings.

• Coordinate MBR, QBR, EXCO, and SLT meetings.

• Lead all aspects of corporate communication from CEO office.

• Lead campaign costing from cross functions.

Team Management (20%)

• Lead, coach and support team members to help them meet department goals.
