In this vital role you will focus on managing the design, architecture, and continuous improvement of Amgen’s HR Service Delivery modules, ensuring they align with business needs and technical standard methodologies. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate with business partners, IT, and external vendors to develop scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance HR processes and service delivery. Lead the design and architecture of HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with Amgen's HR and technology strategies.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business key collaborators to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Drive the implementation and sustainment of HR Service Delivery modules including Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events, providing architectural oversight and ensuring scalability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Partner with multi-functional business units, external vendors, and IT teams to develop, test, and deploy enhancements, new integrations, and releases within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
Act as a technical mentor and guide to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Document and maintain architecture decisions, solution designs, and configuration rationale to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Amgen’s Information Security and Privacy policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of HR data within the ServiceNow platform.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies in HR Service Delivery and the ServiceNow platform, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR
Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience OR
Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems with knowledge of ServiceNow within the HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge-based Articles and Lifecycle Events experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Solid grasp of HR processes, service delivery, and workflow automation, particularly in a large enterprise environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and scalable system solutions.
Experience leading complex HR technology projects from design through to deployment, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile delivery models, and standard methodologies in system architecture and integration.
Superb communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior key collaborators.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving user experience and system performance.
