The Business Transformation Office is dedicated to driving organizational change and improvement through effective project management and process enhancement.
 

About the Role
 

As a Project Managment Intern, you'll assist project/program managers in the Business Transformation Office. Your duties involve establishing governance, creating templates, and developing a central SharePoint site.

The program spans 10 weeks from May 19, 2025, to July 25, 2025, and is open to juniors graduating in May 2026. This internship is based in Alpharetta, GA, with no relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with program managers to identify requirements for the Center of Excellence portal.

  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.

  • Developing a central SharePoint site for the Business Transformation Office.

  • Managing all phases of the project through the Product Development process.

  • Implementing requirements incrementally into the portal by priority and need.

  • Maintaining ownership of and accountability for the project schedule.

  • Performing basic data analysis relevant to project tasks and effectively communicating project status.


Requirements

  • Be a currently enrolled bachelor's student pursuing an education in business, communications, management, or a related field of study. Must be a junior graduating in May 2026.

  • Have knowledge of fundamental project management principles.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for data analysis and project management. SharePoint, and MS Visio experience are advantageous.

  • Possess excellent organization/project planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
