We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager with responsibility for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of product knowledge, industry expertise, selling techniques, and exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully negotiate and secure sales.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Regularly visit customers to promote and sell products with the aim of driving increased sales and distribution.
• Propose marketing strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers and monitor satisfaction levels through after-sales follow-up.
• Foster customer satisfaction with the aim of generating repeat business and additional sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Must have own transportation.
