About the Role
The Practice Management Lead will be a key contributor leading the execution of strategic priorities for Retirement Services. The individual will be responsible for working with the field management to drive learnings from analytics, insights, and drive measurements of the impact. This role will drive efficiency and modernization of the sales organization by driving the adoption of sales tools and consistent practice management initiatives. The role will have a heavy emphasis on Salesforce and growth through data and insights. The Practice Management lead will be the subject matter expert for overseeing user adoption, enhancements, and best practices across Retirement Services in collaboration with Sales Leadership.

For positions based in [Jersey City, NJ & Woodland Hills, CA] the base salary range is $103,000-$129,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
