JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Applies subject matter knowledge.
Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Responsible for the effectiveness and accuracy of the organisation's billing operations.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Perform a variety of administrative relating to customer credit & collection e.g. invoicing and coordinate with collector.
•    Ensure the accurate bills dues are finalized.
•    Activities include ensuring the effective delivery of billing information to customers, responding to billing enquiries, processing billing information and analysing reports.
