U.S. Bank’s Talent Attraction and Experience leader develops, leads, and scales talent attraction, candidate experience and recruiting programs, and products across, Global Enterprise Recruiting- aligning to workforce strategy, employment brand, and inclusive hiring efforts.
This highly visible leader sets the vision and executes innovative strategies that elevate the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience, grounded in measurable impact. This includes global segment strategies and programs spanning recruitment marketing, employment brand, employment value proposition (EVP), career site, content & messaging, recruiting events and candidate campaigns. In addition, this leader guides the strategic direction and daily operations of recognition programs, collaborating with diverse teams to create compelling experiences that deliver value, drive engagement, and maintain a competitive edge. This role integrates AI into the experience workflows to drive optimizations and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Deliver proactive, measurable, multi-channel recruitment marketing programs: Curate and operationalize a content plan and social media strategy across the enterprise
Align the candidate journey to the EVP and employment brand strategy innovate and optimize brand touchpoints and brand experiences for internal and external talent
Collaborate and partner with U.S. Bank’s internal marketing, design teams, external vendor partners and recruiting leaders to drive effectiveness of integrated recruitment marketing and employment brand strategy
Create and implement dynamic, candidate centric campaigns that showcase the U.S. Bank brand through multiple channels ensuring social media and communications initiatives ladder up to the brand
Develop tactics that engage active and passive job seekers; innovate ways to attract candidates using new and existing channels, evaluate new technology and sourcing methods to increase qualified candidate applications, generate positive brand awareness, build candidate pools and pipeline future talent
Innovate, develop, and deliver the integrated talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategy for the enterprise aligned to our workforce strategy, employment brand and inclusive hiring initiatives
Design and manage enterprise-wide recognition program, with a track record of driving employee engagement and aligning recognition initiatives to organizational culture and business objectives
Ideate and partner on the global enterprise recruiting AI roadmap and lead transformation initiatives, integrating AI solutions to optimize sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiter enablement while ensuring compliance and ethical standards
Oversee team growth and development, drive accountability and engagement, partner cross-functionally to deliver hiring objectives
Evaluate and measure program success through insights, analytics and metrics, reporting results to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation
Identify and evaluate changing market dynamics and impact on recruitment, evaluate the talent landscape, benchmarks, and stakeholder feedback to deliver innovative strategies to attract talent based on current and emerging trends
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all talent attraction strategies and recruitment marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations, and bank policies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience delivering talent attraction and experience programs in a similar size domain

Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute successful integrated talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies at the enterprise level
Deep expertise in recruitment marketing, innovative sourcing tools, recruitment technology, social media channels and other communication methods used to build brand awareness that attracts top talent
Creative mind-set to move beyond the status quo and what has been done before to innovate in the talent attraction space; ability to influence peers, leaders, and stakeholders to do the align to the strategy
Proven ability to be adaptable, flexible, and creative while managing multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
Deep understanding of recruitment data, analytics, and insights with the ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on findings, trends, and campaign results
Innovative, resourceful, solutions oriented and a creative problem solver; actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve projects, materials, work and driving efficiency
Result orientated, ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business, and financial acumen. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
