Join an amazing team of HR professionals supporting the dynamic and growing Pharmacy business. This onsite HR role will primarily support the Phoenix, AZ mail-order pharmacy operation within CenterWell Pharmacy. This individual will partner with site leadership, our onsite HRBP in OH, as well as the broader Pharmacy HRBP team.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will consult with business leaders, implement best practices and support the delivery of key HR processes at the business for the site and areas of your alignment.  This individual plays a critical role as a project delivery partner and collaborator for the broader Pharmacy HRBP team.  

In this role you will:

  • Drive and manage annual processes (compensation planning, talent reviews, development planning)
  • Act as a key partner and executive coach to site leadership
  • Use data to inform and executive on appropriate talent strategies
  • Model change leadership behaviors and coach leaders to lead effectively through change
  • Partner with HR Shared Services related to associate investigations and performance management issues
  • Build and maintain trusting relationship with site leaders and associates, managing highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and sound judgement
  • Deeply understand the needs and gaps for your site, advocating for the type of resources and solutions to drive positive change and business profitability

Required Qualifications

  • Must have experience working within the Pharmacy organization or HR experience in an onsite distribution facility.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the team and various channels of Leadership
  • Prior experience working directly with various leadership levels
  • Demonstrate learning agility and the ability to showcase problem solving skills supporting complexities of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior leadership experience preferred (experience as a Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager is a plus)
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Additional Information

  • This role is an in-office/facility role that requires you to be onsite 5 days a week. Schedule can be flexible, but is roughly 7:00-3:30 or 7:30-4.
  • Travel will be required approximately 2-4 times a year.
  • In this role you will report to a Director of HR Business Partners.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
