CACI has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant providing support/services to United Stated Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N415 under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract at Naval Station Norfolk..


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assist with review of new user requests for Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)    

  • Monitor user accounts within DPAS to ensure required key supporting documents are up to date

  • Prepare presentations and conduct briefings with military and civil service personnel at various levels.

  • Track correspondence to ensure timely submission to higher headquarters

  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DOO Secret security clearance

  • High School Degree.

  • Competency with office automation software (Microsoft Office), multimedia program and equipment (PC, printer, copies, scanner)

  • Must possess excellent command of English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.).



These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$20.79
