Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring needs in Korea and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting capabilities and be fluent in  Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage with candidates for open positions in Korea.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and facilitate the interview process.
• Work effectively with local and regional teams to achieve hiring goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the TA Manager regarding sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing role.
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Korean.
• Experience with commercial roles hiring processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
