For this role, you will be expected to be located in CEE.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional and local education programs in CEE and related to Aortic and NV consistent with Corporate and Operating Units (OU) needs.
  • Provide training to the field forces in fields of Aortic and NV, related products, procedures, and Medtronic clinical protocols.
  • Assist in establishing training process and in the developing training materials for Account Managers, Clinical Specialists and Customers.
  • Support Aortic and NV for CEE, in training needs assessment based on actual knowledge and feedback from field and customers, suggest ways that training can help meet established sales and marketing objectives, and provide guidance on the delivery of local educational programs.
  • Partner with and provide subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, and procedures to others in the team.
  • Participate on curriculum review boards to ensure that learner and field supplied feedback and performance data is incorporated into future programs to ensure ongoing quality, customer satisfaction and response to changing business needs. 
  • Promote Medtronic Education Centers on the market in accordance with Medtronic marketing standards.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical engineering or pharmacy
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • At least 5 years direct sales, marketing, clinical, and educational delivery experience in the medical industry 
  • Proven track record of experience in project management and/ or education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and reporting skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with different groups of people and in multinational team.

2+ years working directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals as TC/SR would be advantageous in this position as well as any experience with E-Learning and curriculum development.
