Join Our Team – Technical Service Engineer (Dialysis Equipment)

Work with cutting-edge technology and develop technical expertise in medical equipment servicing.We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to support our Technical Department (Central region) in dialysis equipment servicing and installation.

Role:

• Maintain and provide technical service for renal units/dialysis-related equipment.

• Support clinical nurses during trials and new product installations.

• Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders.

• Ensure timely maintenance and minimize downtime.

• Manage spare parts inventory.

• Train hospital/dialysis center staff on Fresenius machine operation.

• Maintain proper documentation and update technical databases.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical training sessions.

• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Based in Terengganu

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Relevant 1-3 years of experience in service engineer role (i.e medical/healthcare)

• Experienced in servicing Fresenius machines and equipment is advantageous.

• Professional, courteous, and efficient service approach.

• Willing to work long and odd hours.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
