Position Overview: The Consulting Services Coordinator Int at Blue Yonder will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the consulting services team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. This role involves organizing project activities, managing schedules, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to consulting teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the consulting services team with day-to-day activities and project management tasks.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications.
  • Assist in resource allocation and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
  • Maintain and update consulting services databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of consulting service processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for consulting projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting services through feedback and process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles and consulting practices is a plus.
