This position is for the Summer of 2025 (mid/end of May - mid/end of August)

What You Will Do

• You will transfer documents from VQMS to the EWS system (Valeo specific systems)

• You will scan old quality documents that are in a filing cabinet or binder into the system

• You will organize documents in a Google file to ensure easy access as needed

• You will shred paper copies or paper files in our secure location 

• You will update the document control list to match what is in the document system (VQMS / EWS) and link all master lists to the Google spreadsheet to auto-populate

• You will complete other projects when time allows

What You Should Have

• You must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science 

• You should have completed Sophomore level / 2nd year of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university

• You are proficient with Google Office applications
