The Deal and Sales Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of back-office and pipeline management activities that support the Deal Consultant team throughout the full deal lifecycle—from approval to execution. This role ensures deal accuracy, funding validation, and smooth pipeline flow by collaborating closely with accounts, consultants, and leadership teams.
Coordinate the full proposal process from planning to submission.
Work with sales, delivery, and subject experts to gather required inputs.
Manage timelines and ensure all proposal tasks are completed on schedule.
Write and edit proposal content to create clear and compelling responses.
Ensure all proposals meet requirements and internal standards.
Lead review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Support continuous improvement by reviewing proposal outcomes.

High School Diploma
3+ years of relevant professional experience
English level: C1 or higher
Experience in deal shaping, pursuit services, or sales operations support
Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions using existing frameworks
Ability to work with account teams to validate deal accuracy and support workflow execution
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Experience with CRM/sales systems or deal management tools
Familiarity with B2B sales processes, funding allocation, KPIs, or pipeline management
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
