What you will do

Are you passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing? We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Processing & Administration Specialist to play a vital role in our payroll operations. In this position, you will work closely with our external payroll provider to guarantee a seamless payroll experience for our team.

How you will do it

• Take ownership of the day-to-day processing operation to ensure we meet local service delivery agreements.

• Handle the relationship between the department, the business and the outsourcing partner

• Setting work priorities in accordance with the workload, timeframes and change requests

• Supervise outsourced partner performance and delivery ensuring SLAs are met

• Utilising the HRIS Workday

• Prepare input & output for payroll sign off by Payroll manager

• Provide payroll and reporting support

• Liaise with all collaborators and business partners internally and externally

• Assist the Payroll Manager with project work as and when it arises

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Spanish payroll and payroll tax processes

• Excellent research and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate knowledge of excel (V Look ups and Pivot tables)

• Ability to calculate changes to pay rates based on time off, overtime, etc.

• Ability to gather data from multiple sources

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, knowledge of another European language will be beneficial

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1400 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
