About this role
Prescryptive is looking for a licensed pharmacy technician to join our Customer Care team to help us in our mission to redefine “customer service” in the healthcare industry. Our Customer Care Representatives are our connection to our customers; they are expected to give voice to customer concerns, to be tenacious in the pursuit of solutions for customer problems, and to contribute strategic thinking to our operations as we scale. This is a role for people with a “builder” mentality who aren’t afraid of developing tools and processes and who enjoy bringing certainty to ambiguous situations. The Customer Care Representative reports directly to the Customer Care Operations Manager and can be based anywhere in the US but must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST. Our phone lines are open 24/7, 365 days per year in order to provide the best service possible to our customers and this role will involve occasional holiday shifts.
What you will do
· Develop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers' needs.
· Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Prescryptive’s customers, and Clients
· Be a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right, act on observed areas for improvement.
· Work with customers to understand how they use Prescryptive’s products and provide valuable feedback to business and development teams.
· Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
· Assist with customer communication during critical launches.
· Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.
· Contribute to the building of our internal processes and documentation.
What you will bring
· Licensed pharmacy technician
· Experience in a consumer-focused Customer Service role.
· Customer-obsession and a bias for action is a must.
· Willingness and ability to be at a desk actively taking member calls for the entirety of the assigned shift, except during designated breaks.
· Strong self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment.
· Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to build and create processes without clear guidelines.
· Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple screens and windows.
· Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to simplify and overcome complex challenges.
· Must have access to an external monitor, docking station, headset, keyboard, and mouse or be willing and able to procure these items prior to starting in the role.
· Must have a designated, private (free from noise and distractions), workspace with a desk and chair), or be willing and able to arrange such a space prior to starting in the role.
