For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as a Data Analyst. 

What this job involves:

The Data Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

• The role will provide support to our French Capital Market teams.
• Support functions shall include research on specific datas such as: recorder data (tenants, leases, etc.), property tax data, real estate market and comparable data.

• Database maintenance and data entry.

• Collect, record, analyse and prepare relevant documents.
• Close collaboration with the French Capital Market team via Microsoft Teams and emails to provide regular project and progress updates.
• Various recurring tasks.

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Very good communication skills in the French language are required (B2+)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• A basic interest in real estate, the real estate market and trends.
• Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders.
• Well-organised, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a “Can-Do” attitude in everything you do.
• The following skills will impact your application positively, but aren’t a must:

• Advanced Excel
• Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
