Position Description & Responsibilities

The Activation Hub is the Reinvention Services M + C team engine. Rooted in craft mastery, organized by craft skills and AI powered. It is a living system experimenting and innovating new ways of working to power shared success across reinvention services.

You'll be joining a team that operates in an agency model, teaming on projects – creating, planning, managing and executing end-to-end, in partnership with our Reinvention Services program owners, working with business needs and collaborating with team members across our M&C function.

The Hub Positioning and Thought Capital M+C Analyst provides entry-level execution and operational support across thought leadership marketing and activation programs. The role focuses on content preparation, formatting, publishing support, and performance tracking under the direction of senior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support execution of derivative thought capital assets and modular content components (e.g., proof points, statistics blocks, FAQs, talk tracks).
• Format content for channels, including CMS drafts, newsletters, and social variants.
• Apply metadata and tagging, upload assets to DAM systems, and maintain source file organization.
• Build distribution checklists, link lists, and tracking inputs per guidance.
• Support localization workflows and versioning across markets.
• Assist with performance reporting, including web, email, and social metrics.
• Support compliance activities including brand quality assurance and data/privacy requirements.

Experience

• 0-1+ years of experience in content marketing and/or marketing project management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; attention to detail 

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in thought leadership development and content execution.
• Ability to follow structured processes and apply feedback.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing communications aligned to brand standards.
• Understanding of basic digital communications and visual communication principles.
• Understanding of brand alignment, visual communications, and digital communications best practices.
