JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for sales of Senior Products line of business including: Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO (SecurityBlue and FreedomBlue), Medicare supplemental plan (MedigapBlue) and Medicare prescription Drug Plans (Blue Rx). The incumbent is responsible for group customers directly impacting the sale/retention decision with the intention of growing/maintaining an assigned book of business. Responsible for achieving quarterly new sales and annual retention goals on all groups. Supports enrollment objective related to Direct Pay while assuring that administrative operations are accurately performed, recorded and monitored for reporting. The incumbent effectively coordinates resources, monitors personal production results and manages sales operations to maximize enrollments.
This will be a hybrid based role at one of our locations. Onsite T, W, Th.

Pay Range Minimum:
$64,000.00Pay Range Maximum:
$96,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
