A Day in the Life

As an Intern for the Core Business in the TICA&PAK region (Turkey, Iran, Central Asia, Pakistan), you will support the Marketing Team in coordinating and consolidating various projects, events, and campaigns. You will also assist in approval processes and follow up on documentation needed for projects executed by the marketing and sales teams. You will work in close collaboration mainly with the Product Managers, as well as local and regional stakeholders.

This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in marketing operations, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career in marketing.
 

Internship details:
•    Start date: March 2026
•    Location: Istanbul
•    Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
•    Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
•    Work model: hybrid
 
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Assist in coordinating projects within the marketing team, focusing on two key pillars: products and services.
•    Support the scheduling, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external marketing activities, such as congresses, conferences, symposiums, webinars, product launches, digital campaigns, and country-based marketing reviews.
•    Help facilitate communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams, customer service, supply chain, demand planning, reimbursement, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers. 
 
Required Knowledge and Skills: 
•    Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
•    Proficiency in English (C1 or above preferred) and Turkish
•    Good knowledge of MS Excel 
•    Strong verbal & written communication skills
 
Would be a plus:
•    Quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
•    Interest in optimization and improvement work
•    Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn and develop
