About the role

Kyriba is looking to hire talented, proactive, experienced and results-driven candidate to  join our Sales Organization. The Kyriba Sales Manager is responsible for obtaining  profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation,  counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.  The Sales manager is accountable, committed and business driven. 

Your Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage & work with team to develop territories and pipelines 
  • Hold regular meeting with sales staff 
  • Review progress of sales roles throughout the team
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for  teams and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit 
  • Own entire sales process from prospecting to closing business 
  • Present Kyriba’s proposals to prospects & Clients 
  • Collaborate with other Kyriba teams including presales, product, operations, and  legal 
  • Travel throughout sales territory 
  • Build, nurture and execute pipeline in collaboration with Marketing, Partners  and Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) to drive bookings within  your territory 
  • Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs (Requests for Information or pricing) 
  • Systematically document and record required and relevant information in  Salesforce.com in a timely manner 
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and updated in Salesforce.com. 
  • Attend conferences and industry related events within assigned territory and as  requested.   
  • Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of  potential clients as part of the pre-sales process. 
  • Provide feedback to management and Marketing team on prospects reactions  and questions about Kyriba’s solutions 
  • Provide weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts  of sales activity and volume to management team.   

Your Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, IT, or related field  preferred 
  • Driven individual with a proven track record of a minimum 10 years closing deals  in the enterprise software segment. 
  • Experience of transversal & hierarchical management 
  • Understand buying process in large corporates and how to navigate the decision  maker network to close business 
  • Must possess excellent presentation, writing and communications skills including  the capacity to present complex solutions in a customer-facing relationship and  to the marketplace at large 
  • Background in Treasury or experience selling to the CFO buying center 
  • Is knowledgeable about the industry, understands basic treasury concepts, and  proactively updates on industry trends for personal and organizational  knowledge 
  • Willingness to travel - depending on assigned territory 
  • Ability to identify business problems and identify how solutions offered can  resolve those problems 
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to maintain a balanced sales pipeline 
  • Possess excellent negotiating skills 
  • Excellent professional networking skills within and outside the organization to  drive business 
  • Possess team spirit and partnership values 
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions would be an asset
