Practice: Industry – Aerospace & Defense Areas of Work: Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Level: Consultant Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai Years of Exp: 6+ years Your Role As an MBSE consultant, you will be working alongside some of the top experts in the country, on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across the Aerospace & Defence sector. Your typical day might include – • Provide MBSE solutions to address clients’ needs. • Developing MBSE transformation initiatives for complex organizations involving people, processes, and tools. • Consulting with stakeholders to elicit and manage their MBSE capability needs and define requirements. • Communicating the underlying principles of MBSE to a broad range of stakeholders. • Introducing and promoting MBSE capabilities in organizations at various levels of MBSE maturity across a variety of industries. • Providing technical leadership and advice in the adoption of MBSE approach. • Supporting live systems engineering projects in the adoption of MBSE based on client needs. • Developing and configuring MBSE toolsets, setting up projects, establishing traceability between artefacts, and assisting with toolset integration. • Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language • Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry • Coaching and mentoring junior team members • Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events
