Job Description:

Lead projects, processes and policies within Ferrovial’s Organization and HR Strategy Function. The Organization and HR Strategy Manager position sits at Ferrovial Group and reports to the Global Head of Organization and HR Strategy.

This role works with all Ferrovial BUs and provides high quality work across the fields of:

Organization

  • Design and enhance Ferrovial’s organizational model
  • Define and review the job architecture and monitor global headcount
  • Advise Business Units on organizational design and optimization
  • Design and implement new organization processes and policies (Organization CoE, Workday Organization GPO)

Strategy

  • Define and monitor the implementation of the HR Strategic Plan and associated key metrics
  • Design and control of the global HR management & governance model
  • Provide proactive, data-driven insights for executive decision-making and elaborate Senior Management reports (Management Committee, Strategy Meetings, Board, etc.)
  • Support the CHRO in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc initiatives

Transformation

  • Participate in cross-functional corporate projects
  • Identify and execute projects with the aim of evolving the HR function (processes, digitalization, change management, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Education: University Degree. Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-8  years performing similar job responsibilities in consulting firms or multinational companies.
  • Experience with Workday, preferably in the Organization module (Core HCM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with a broad range project management capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
