Job Summary
As a User Experience Engineer within the Marketing Technology ecosystem, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, SQL, and PostgreSQL to build scalable, responsive, and user-centric applications that support marketing operations and digital experiences.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
Build reusable UI components and ensure a consistent user experience across applications.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Integrate frontend applications with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and application troubleshooting.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
Optimize application performance and user experience through continuous improvements.
Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
Create efficient queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support business requirements.
Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
Monitor application usage and performance metrics.
Identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technology modernization initiatives.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Marketing stakeholders, and Engineering teams.
Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is idea
5+ years of experience in Full Stack or User Experience Engineering.
Added Experience working within Marketing Technology, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS), or Digital Experience Platforms.
