Regional Marketing Manager

About the Role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and events that drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with our go-to-market team to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
End to end ownership of the marketing plan for the Benelux, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region is tracking towards revenue targets.
Drive the development and execution of pipeline generation and conversion campaigns, ensuring consistent pipeline growth for the BNL region.
Plan, organize, and manage events such as tradeshows, industry conferences, and live events that enhance brand presence and support business objectives.
Work alongside the go-to-market team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and track the success of various initiatives. Provide leadership on the regional business and ensure the field team is getting what they need to support business growth effectively. Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales and BDRs
Understand regional specific needs, including brand awareness efforts and localization needs, and deliver against these needs effectively
Help measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and budget spend, ensuring alignment with growth and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with go-to-market teams.
Event experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks from ideation to execution.
Experience with marketing automation tools and data-driven marketing is advantageous.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work independently when needed.
