During this one-year trainee program, you will gain insight into how processes work in one of the largest and most stable companies in the Czech Republic, with the opportunity to continue your career at ABB after completing the program. You will gain valuable experience, support from top mentors, and the chance to deeply understand logistics and manufacturing processes.
As part of your individual onboarding plan, you will rotate through key departments such as internal logistics, purchasing, production, and process engineering, and you will take part in projects that truly influence the daily functioning of our operations.
You will have the chance to work with modern technologies and contribute to projects as a full member of the team.
You'll meet experts from various fields, become part of a trainee community, and share ideas, experiences, and inspiration together.

The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELDS division in Brno, Czech Republic.
What will you do?
Together, we will create a project plan that you will follow throughout the program
Participate in testing and implementing modern technological solutions in logistics and production
Cooperate with IT on the development and configuration of digital tools
Try out lean activities – continuous process improvement
Learn the principles of material supply, material flow tracking, and supplier communication
Apply in practice everything you know so far only theoretically
What are the requirements for joining the Trainee Program?
University graduate or student in a technical or economic field
Interest in modern technologies, digitalization, and automation
Willingness to combine office work with active involvement in warehouse/production areas
Advantageous: Power BI, AutoCAD, basic project management, familiarity with AI tools
Personal Profile
Open and communicative team player
Positive attitude and motivation to learn new things
Desire to understand processes in depth and search for solutions
Healthy curiosity and interest in modern trends
Proactivity, independence after onboarding, and natural humility
