Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to data architecture principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget and on time. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
