THE WORK: You will be part of a dynamic team, working together to build knowledge and support the team. Your role will involve ensuring that our systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements. You will play a crucial role in driving incident and outage resolution, as well as facilitating the restoration of service to our production environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.
