Position Overview

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll also

  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in preparing presentations, pitch materials, and supplemental ad-hoc requests.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in managing client communications, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential new fund launches and existing relationships in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Reporting: Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Write meeting memos and assist as needed with preparation for client meetings/pitches
  • Possess investment acumen and develop knowledge of Apollo’s positioning, holdings, competitive edge and overall investment results across the capital structure
  • Act as a consistent team player who effectively works across Apollo to advance the firm’s goals

Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)

  • Pursuing a BA or BS (Class of 2026) in finance, business, economics, or a related filed, from an undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement.
  • Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly alternative asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and convey complex financial concepts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Pay Range

$85,000-$100,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
