Job Summary
As a Network Technical - Specialist, you will provide technical service, solutions and support to the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by Telstra.Focus of the Role: Provide full desktop support to our Defence customer, handling BAU activities, incidents, service requests, project tasks, and information requests on the customer's ICT environment. Support TC networks, including Unified Comms, Wireless, and Audio Visual. Drive customer advocacy and profitable growth.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens with a current Baseline Security Clearance, preferably NV1 Security Clearance. This role requires maintaining an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance or having Baseline clearance and the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.
