This person should have experience of bidding Govt tenders and should be able to arrange all documents required for the same including PQ documents, commercial, technical and legal documents. He should co ordinate with vendors to take compliance and be able to stich the complete solution. He should be capable to represent the company in pre bid meeting and raise the required concerns at the right time. He will also be responsible to co ordinate with various functions inside the company to take their respective approvals as per the tender requirement. He will support all front line sale person in their respective biddings.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Bid Manager to lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal activities for large-scale infrastructure, telecom, and smart city projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, vendor coordination, and government tendering processes, with hands-on experience in platforms like GeM and other e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-value bids for Smart City, BharatNet, Data Centers, and Security Solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, technical) to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
• Conduct pre-bid and post-bid activities including site surveys, pre-bid meetings, and client clarifications.
• Manage vendor and OEM relationships for pricing, documentation, and consortium formation.
• Analyze competitor bids and prepare risk review presentations for management.
• Maintain and update tender funnel/pipeline and report to senior leadership.
• Register and manage product catalogs on GeM and other procurement portals.
• Offer STL products as OEM to other MSIs/clients and support their bid processes.
