What you will be doing:
This role will be embedded within a Member’s Supply Chain department. The Corporate Supply Chain is an enterprise-wide centralized department comprised of Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Diversity, Materials Management, Purchasing and Business Solutions. Working closely with, facility-based materials management, distribution and logistics and enterprise-wide support services.
The Supply Chain Support Services Analyst will serve as the first level of customer service and support for users (Tier 1) to meet and exceed service level requirements, and end-user expectations. Complex problems that cannot be resolved through Tier 1 support will be escalated to Tiers 2 and 3 support and monitored through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Support Activities – 60%
Manage Supply Chain Tier 1 and Tier 2 support cases and coordinate incident resolutions with relevant subject matter experts and responsible parties.
Answer incoming calls to the service desk phone line.
Provide quality and speedy responses to supply chain internal clients, vendors, external partners, subject matter experts, general queries, and requests.
Take proactive measures and reports on project/case status, and deadlines.
Generates statistical, monitoring, and management on various training, support activities and system utilization for management review.
Responsible for updating the Supply Chain Incident Knowledge Base.
Participate in testing new functionality for Supply Chain Applications.
Training – 20%
Provide synchronous (online and face-to-face) training on assigned courses to different supply chain target audiences based on supply chain instructional designed approach.
Track various training enrollment, registration, training completion, and renewals.
Participate in the development of new courses and curricula using different instructional approach methodology and delivery (i.e., self-paced, blended learning, and face-to-face)
Responsible for LMS administration for courses, curriculums, and schedules events, including instructors and rooms assignments and pre-requisites.
Communications – 20%
Drafts and distributes internal and external communications including print and digital.
Participates in the planning and implementation of projects to support communications initiatives across Supply Chain.
Monitors and measures the effectiveness of communications strategies and makes necessary adjustments as needed.
Maintain the accuracy of numerous Supply Chain mail groups.
Responsible for continuous updates and enhancements of the Supply Chain Intranet sites and other communication platforms.
Analyze and interprets a broad array of communications data, produces reports, and leverage the data to inform strategic decision-making.

Experience:
One to two years of relevant experience in a business, government, hospital, educational institution or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination.
