Conduct regular on-site visits to support technical introduction, issue handling, and commercial alignment

．技術支持與產品導入 Technical Support & Product Introduction
-推動新材料於 製程中的設計導入（Design-In）或量產認證（HVM Qualification）
Drive material design-in and HVM qualification within process flows
-協助進行樣品測試、製程參數優化與跨部門問題解析
Assist with sample testing, process tuning, and cross-functional issue resolution

．年度商務策略與議價管理 Commercial Strategy & Negotiation
-支援年度報價、合約更新與條款協商，提升公司收益
Support annual pricing, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations to maximize value
-根據客戶投片計畫與物料需求預測（FCST），協助供應鏈規劃與交期管理
Coordinate with supply chain teams based on forecasts and production plans

．專案管理與品質溝通 Project Management & Quality Interface
-發生異常事件時，協調內部團隊（品質/GPM/工廠）快速提出RCA與改善計畫
In case of incidents, coordinate internal teams to deliver RCA and improvement plans quickly and transparently

．市場趨勢與需求回饋 Market Trends & Customer Insight
-追蹤新廠建廠進度與技術節點動態
Track fab expansion and technology roadmap
-將客戶未來材料需求與技術痛點帶回內部，協助公司進行產品開發與差異化佈局
Feed customer needs and pain points back to the company to guide product development and differentiation strategy.

Are you a MATCH?

．Education
-化學、材料、化工、電子工程或相關科系 大學以上
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or EE-related field

．Working Experience:
-三年以上相關半導體或化學產業工作經驗
3+ years experience in the semiconductor or chemical industry.
-業務/市場開發/應用技術相關領域
Experience in sales/marketing and/or application engineering field is preferred.
-曾參與半導體材料（濕製程、CMP、封裝材料等）於台積電的導入與驗證流程
Experience introducing chemical materials to semiconductor process flows (wet chemicals, CMP slurry, packaging adhesives, etc.)
-有多國跨部門專案協作經驗，具備PM能力者佳
International project coordination or technical PM experience is a strong plus
